If you check out my main blog,
WeAreGrowing, you'll notice that I got rid of the BlogBanners banner because it was just too large and I've gotten less than 20 hits in less than three weeks from it. I just don't see that its size is worth that small amount of hits. If they create a smaller banner that they don't demand be placed "above the fold" I'll give them a try again.
I urge you to use this exchange which has given me some great traffic and it gets better the more you use it. For 5-10 minutes a day, it's well worth it.
